My CPA recommended this excellent bank because of the customer service, free checks, no service charges, etc.--but even so, I didn't expect the time and effort expended by the Vice President when there was a glitch with the PPP.
The tellers will open the door early if they seen a customer waiting for 9:00 to come, and there is no wait when assistance with online banking or other services is needed. Best bank in Casper for sure!

Citizens Community Bank treats me so well - they are excellent to work with. I tell all of my friends they need to make the switch. I am one very satisfied customer!

I was very upset about the review I read on this site. My experience with Citizens Community Bank and Oli Devaud has been nothing but positive. They are the friendliest bank I have ever had and it disturbs me that someone would want to trash a really good bank. Sounds like someone who has an ax to grind.
