We've banked with Frost bank for 8 years and loved them and their service. Banking was a breeze. We bought all of our insurance through them, homeowners, flood, umbrella, car - and that is when the trouble started. I don't know that they are intentionally misleading, but they certainly don't service what they sell - and their capability levels are low; definitely a bank trying to do insurance work. So disappointed in their customer service and capabilities this last round, that we've decided to leave -and take our banking money with us. Too bad. They should stick to banking and regain their reputation for excellent customer service.
