I would sooner die than deal with some of these people lost my deal as no one would return a call and that was after I had to beg to get preapproved. Seems that I had 65 acres that was clear and free wanted to buy 50 went through the whole easement issue but no one at bank would return my calls Talk to a man by the name of Billy Morgan at 1st National bank in Giddings which I got from one of the share holders in this bank hey no problem we will just survey the clear land that you own and put the lein on it Ms M just could not see it even when she saw the google pictures and platts not a happy camper here and I still have to get out of bank but after 7 days I am still on a call back list!!!!
