I have been with Freedom Bank for about six months. They have recently installed some machines that help with transactions. On a recent visit, I made the machines were not working properly. I went to one of the many branches in SW MO where their machine was working. Laura a vice president with the bank explained that they had informed the company who sold the machines to them and she said she was going to make sure they come and make sure the issue gets resolved. The main thing is Freedom Bank passes the test of carrying for their customers and working to be courteous, professional, and to take care of customers in a timely manner. Steven Reed
