Are going after existing clients and increasing loan fee requirements upon renewal to try and raise capital to keep from getting a cease and desist order from FDIC, since they are still on FDIC troubled bank list. They misrepresent their ability to make loans and then demand terms that are so unreasonable that it forces clients to scramble for cash to avoid foreclose. They choose to pressure good paying clients at all costs despite clients efforts to cooperate. And they do threaten to come after clients at all cost. The most distrustful and cutthroat operation I have ever had the displeasure to work with. Ask around before doing business with them, you'll find out what others think of them. They give good bankers bad names! Stay away from them!
