My husband and I have NEVER found a bank that we liked. We decided to try Forcht when they came to Richmond in the new shopping center because it was such a handy location for us. We have been with them for over a year and we could not be happier. They all know us by name, they are helpful, if we have questions we just call and they help us out. We do not have plans to bank anywhere else. Highly recommend!

The worst bank I have ever dealt with. They continuously charge unjustified fees on the account. If you do not go over your statements with a fine toothed comb they will rob you blind. When you catch their mistakes (which are monthly), they are rude, difficult to deal with, and require multiple calls backs to correct their mistakes.
