I have never been in such an unfriendly bank. I have addressed this issue with the head of operations before (Devin), I believe, but nothing has changed. The employees will look right at you and never speak. I observed a teller discussing an issue with someone in the drive-up and when she got off the speaker she was talking negatively about the customer to other tellers. The woman that opened our accounts acts like she doesn't even know me. Where do you find these negative people? They act like they have been weened on vinegar. We moved our accounts from Chase but are considering going back. They were always so friendly and accommodating. This branch acts like they don't care if you bank with them or not. Some serious training needs to take place or employees need to be let go. I worked in the banking industry and friendliness and customer service were something we were always known for. I hope you will help this branch.
