my acct was sold out from Bank of America to First State Community Bank in Cape. I gave this new bank a try after Bank of America and it has not only turned out to be a nightmare, but has cost me money and I feel cheated. I am still considering going to the BBB. The manager was very rude and She was not helpful at all, on two occasions. I finally spoke with a regional manager named and He was more customer friendly. The bank did not reimburse me 100% for fees accured but met me halfway which was a step up from the haughty and rude behavior of the manager.
I will not be doing with this bank again. Wood & Huston is treating me right.

I am a realestate agent.
I sent a client to tom paull as he had 3,000 towards closing costs.
When all said and done my buyers got 1,400
Plus it was supposed to include the homeowners insurance.
Now they get notice saying that the insurance not paid.
Plus we have left messages for tom paull and left messages for tim nash.
