Im going to remain nameless because I for the past 32 yrs have used this Banks services. For the past six months or so I have been using the drive thru call it laziness and for the past six months I am always treated the same way! Like dirt! Now I don't know if it is my truck that puts these two bank tellers off or what? I consider myself to be nice and cordial. But the two bank tellers are terrible and down right snotty! I would appreciate if these two got written up or even fired! This attitude they have is very discouraging and I am tired of it. They are in a customer service business. Well I do believe they are in the wrong business! I will not be using the drive up windows any more. I am in fact thinking about using a different bank all together! I hope this bank will take care of this problem!
