I love going to this bank. My husband and I went to MSU and decided to stay in Mankato for our careers. We started at Wells Fargo since they have so many locations but we were not able to deal with the constant sales approach every time we went there.
We decided to use First National because it was a smaller bank and they had everything that we needed and used at Wells Fargo. I love how polite everyone is and they really make you feel welcome when you come inside for help.
When we were switching our accounts we ended up with huge overdraft fees because bills were coming out sooner than we thought and we hadn't switched our direct deposit over yet. It was almost $100 in fees, which is totally our fault for not paying attention, but we asked to talk to someone and he gave us a huge break and it was only $30 for our ooops. I highly recommend banking here!
