They're the only bank that has consistently helped me out in numerous cases. When dealing with potential fraud they assisted me in providing proof I was innocent. They do what they can to help where they can. I've never seen the place empty or without customers. (Harvest DR, Schererville, IN branch) They've even solved problems I had with chase and with credit cards over drafting my account.
Overall, I won't be changing banks any time soon. I like the staff, the environment and the bankers. I haven't had an unpleasant experience yet.
