I went to this branch to cash two checks for my new business location. When I arrived there was one teller taking care of a customer. The transaction was lengthy so I waited patiently for my turn. The customer was talking loudly to another bank employee about hunting in rather graphic terms that I found disturbing. When the bank employee excused himself from this customer, he went back walked away. Another bank employee came up and saw me standing there waiting and continued to the coffee bar and then returned to her desk. Neither employee acknowledged me. I am used to better customer service from the bank I currently use. I was only at this branch because it was convenient to the new business location. I felt like the other employees should have offered to help to avoid such a long wait.
