The most incompetent loan officers I have ever worked with in a lifetime of home purchases. Multiple misapplied payments to the wrong accounts, leaving me with late fees that would have continued, had they not been caught by me. And, despite the fact that I have been in the the branch to try to mitigate these problems, I still face them month after month. Which leads me to conclude that the staff is completely inept. Stay away from this bank—very far away.

I came in to pay off a mortgage and spent 40 minutes at the bank waiting for pay off amount. After getting the amount I wrote a check and thought all was good. When I checked my checking balances the next month I noticed that the money was  never withdrawn from my account. I called the bank and after some time on phone found out that they accidently shredded my check. I told them I would write another check and get it to them in a few days since I live out side of town. Well work got in the way and it took me three whole business days to get back to the bank. They decided that I owed interest on a per diem basis since I did not get them a check by the next business day.  They also said they lost my contact information even though they called me 2 months earlier to review loan information on this same account. This bank is scary incompetent. Losing information and shredding unscanned checks. I am soon refinancing over 1 million in property and was considering this bank. In fact I talked to bank personnel while initially waiting for payoff amount. I absolutely will not deal with this bush league bank again. I will stick with 5/3. A little pricey but quality service I can count on.
