After waiting over 3 months for 5th 3rd to process my refinance, I went over to First Federal and told them my problem with 5th 3rd s inability to get anything done.  It took less than 2 weeks for First Federal to refinance my mortgage which cut my payments in half.  Thank you First Federal for your wonderful service and sitting down with me, answering all my questions, and then doing what you said you were going to do.  
An advantage to a small bank is that they have the ability to process these much faster than a huge bank which has to send documents all over the country to get anything done.

I would advise anyone else who is waiting, and waiting, and waiting for a re-finance to try First Federal in Frankfort.
