We have both our personal checking account and our ministry checking account with First Federal since 2015.  We have found their service to be both professional as well as personal, they call us by name and ask how we are doing.

First Federal Bank and the local Port Royal office truly care about their customers and the community!

This is the most awesome bank that I have dealt with ever and I've been with a few banks.  Cashiers are always friendly and call you by your first name.  If there is a issue with your account they call you directly not a 800 number.  They have been in business since 1961 and when you call there number you get a person not a machine.  I give them a 2 thumbs up :)
