I had this account opened for me when I was 16 years old and have never considered moving to another bank since. They have always been so kind and considerate towards me, always remembering who I am and making every transaction as easy as possible.
  Every bank lady knows my name and always asks me how I am. They routinely give my child and puppy treats when they are with me. They even sent a condolence card when they heard of my grandmothers passing!
   I also suffered through a disease that made my memory badly suffer. I went through many debit card and messed my account up multiple times, which was so embarassing, and I was never made to feel bad or ashamed, and always left feeling positive.
   This bank is truly staffed with caring and considerate people. The BEST community bank you could ever ask for. I would reccomend for ANYONE to bank here.
  The ONLY flaw is that there are not many branches, so you have to have atm fees if you are not in your hometown. But the staff really does make it worth it.
   Deborah, Bridget, Wanda, and their whole staff are absolutely wonderful.

I have been banking with First Farmers and Merchants, primarily from their Crocket Branch, for several years, and I must say they have been good and reliable to work with. On one occasion when I was on a trip and had to see a doctor and pay by check, my account was overdrawn before I could get money transferred into it. I went to the FFM Crocket branch and explained the situation, and the late fees were kindly posted back to my account within a week. Now that's understanding and service!
