This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They do not value relationships.  You are a dollar sign to them and they will do anything they can to take your money.  They say tey are pro small business but they are absolutely not. Most stressful bank.  They create more problems then they help you fix.  Run...run away fast.

I did a lot of checking on local banks before deciding on First Citizens Bank.  I am proud to say that I now bank at the only 5 Star rates bank in town.  The staff is tremendous and I always feel like they go above and beyond.  I have since met with a rep from First Citizens Investor Services. I am in the process of dumping Edward Jones and moving to FCIS.  They have also offered to quote my insurance and assist me with my long term planning. This bank really does have it all...products, services, great staff and an even better reputation!!
