Bank of America is highly convenient and offers a laundry list of great services. Their fees are way too high and frequent, and their phone customer service is often inaccurate (different responses from different reps). The tellers and management at the Garners Ferry branch is awful. Slow, not pleasant and have to be corrected about policies and process.

Bank of America is highly convenient and offers a laundry list of great services. Their fees are way too high and frequent, and their phone customer service is often inaccurate (different responses from different reps).
