They know me by name 😃. I've been with FCSB for 10 years and in Sunnyside. I knew all managers and tellers and I can say they are amazing. Since the branch in Sunnyside is closed they've moved to Astoria. When I came here they treated me like an old friend. I always feel welcomed. Dimitra calls me every time there is a problem with my account and Nelson taught me how to deposit my first phone deposit. I feel confident that I choosed the best bank even though there are 3 banks closer to my house, I drive 20 min to the new location in Astoria just because I like the emploee. I want to wish you all Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2017
