I came into the Branch to assist my mother (who lives in the area) with some financial matters and I experienced some of the best customer service and willingness to resolve issues that I have experienced in quite a long time. I have traveled and lived all over the United States and banked with a number of financial institution for the past 28 years. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and given the utmost attention for our issue(s)and received prompt explanations and absolute resolution before we departed. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Barbara, Brenda and Melissa. I left feeling very comfortable that my mother had chosen the right bank with the right people to take care of her financial needs. To Barbara, Brenda and Melissa, I say, thank you.Your kindness and hospitality were greatly appreciated and is something that will be etched in my memory for years to come. You made the experience painless and a pleasure.
