Do not whatsoever, do business with this bank. They will waste your time and in the end deny you. They are strapped for cash and have terrible service. Run away from them and run fast!!!! They treat customers terrible. They don't know what they're doing.

I completely disagree with this post. I have always been treated wonderfully by First American Bank in Albuquerque. They provide excellent customer service and are ALWAYS friendly when I go in to do business on the teller line. Their online products are exceptional and very full featured. I have nothing but good things to say about First American.

I have to agree...My account is in Silver City...I usually receive my mortgage bill on the first of the month and it's due on the fifth...I've asked them to please send the bill a little earlier and they give me excuses.Inept, incompetent employees.After I sell my house I will stay far, far away from First American Bank....

their lack of knowledge of special needs trusts is truly sad go to any other bank
