The manager, Lafaye is the most diligent caring bank official I have ever in countered. When the economy was crashing, I watched her tell a teller to waive fees for a customer. She is just a gem. And she's not here today gone tomorrow VP. She's a permanent VP. She goes way beyond what her duties are. Genuinely cares about her customers.

I am a supportive customer with 5/3rd bank. I love,love,love my accounts with them however this is the worst branch I have been too. I don 't like there customer service and there response times are horrible. I went to deposit money into my account at this bank through the drive thru. No one was in the drive thru lanes except me but it took them 15 minutes to complete transaction and send receipt. There were 2 people in the teller line, which I could see from my car but there where 3 banking reps! I don't understand this. This is not the first time but the 5th time I have came to that location and had slow customer service. Not to mention there is one older lady in particular that always has a attitude problem and always finds reason why something isnt right. Never going back here!

Next time, get out of car and go inside. This is a very unfair review.
