I have dealt with this branch for 15 years and had nothing but great service. Fess, deposits, cards, loan initiation. Nothing but very good service. They referred me to a loan office down town who completely turned me off. But the associates at this branch have always taken care of my personal and business account needs. I have had most of my children start 5th 3rd accounts for this very reason.
