Made the mistake of depositing 1000.00 @ the branch on grand / Milwaukee ave in gurnee. I have business & personal accounts with 4 different banks but have never had a bank hold a deposit for 14 days. The deposit cleared 2nd day & i was told i had to bring In proof or wait. What?? I've had an account with them for 10 years...never had a problem with the other branch down the street. Told the branch manager how disappointed i was leaning toward moving this account to another bank & the little power hungry piss-ant said well if i caved into all customers that threatened to move their account, i'd be in trouble. That statement spoke volumes & i will be taking every penny out I suggest everyone do the same!
