I deposited cash and it has not shown up for a week. I've been overcharged when I don't have an account for credit, and when I called to ask about an availability date they hung up on me. This bank abuses it's customers and its representatives in Elmhurst are mostly pains in the arse (I.E. Kay Sylvia etc.)
