We were buying a house and the loan officer Kerry Neighbors kept trying to buy under us offering the party 5000.00 more than what we were buying it for kept stalled coming up with delays I had to take him my S.S. number 3 times Just Stalling Had to get new buyer and sellers agreement drawn up again only last for 30 days he didn't know that the other party was very good friends of ours and told us everything
trying to get the other party to sell to him he went and looked at the house wanted the sellers ph number said he had to speak with him before the loan could proceed just be ware of this loan officer I have made over 10 loans with this bank this is the first time I have ever encountered this problem This Guy is a real Back Stabber
This is a good bank need to get rid of the rats that work there I thought he was new by all the delays I ask other people and they said it had happened to them same guy Kerry Neighbors BEWARE OF THIS GUY
