Wow these people are without a doubt the most dis organized and uncaring financial bank I've ever dealt with...after 6 years of payments always on time Ithey still to this day will not report to the bureaus my excellent credit history and each time I contact them they act as if they don't know who I am and send me letters that make absolutely no sense , and treat me like some criminal ..and it's probably because they have violated the fair credit reporting act...by not reporting the loan to the bureaus as they should have 6 years ago..
