I have a CATV system that requires me to be available all hours of the day and night. I drive a bucket truck which uses lots of gasoline, and my cable systems are between 30 and 40 miles away from my home. When I need gasoline after hours, your securities on my debit card will not allow me to purchase needed fuel. This is unacceptable!!! I have banked at Grapeland State Bank for 42 years and have never had this problem until you purchased my bank. You are forcing me to start banking elsewhere. This practice of not allowing my card to go thru is unacceptable.
