We currently are working with customers bank on some items. Been working with USABank(before they went out of business and purchased by Customers Bank) and now Customers Bank for five years. We currently rate them very average and will decide to rate them higher with a nice review in the next thirty days or much lower. It all depends if they act in a very professional manner or not in thirty days. I am sure you all would like to know how they treat loyal customers with regards to a subject that has national attention. Stay tuned.

Customer's Bank management team is TERRIBLE! I have switched banks and gone with another bank that is so refreshing! Customers Bank is archaic in their customer service, if you are looking for service, stay away!
