I've been a customer with this bank for over 20 years and recently I had a situation where I needed to stop an unauthorized ACH from occurring. This branch had no clue how to take care of it for me and I had to do a stop pay to stop it. Then they charged me another stop fee payment the next month even though I was told that it was good for 6 months. When I called the Topeka main office they gave me completely different information. I'm closing my accounts next week.

This branch has the nicest, most respectful people working there that you will ever find. Perhaps someone was new in the above critique, but that is not a reason to trash the reputation of one fine bank. I have my trust there with complete confidence.
They need some help

I've had the same credit card with this bank for 14 years. It’s the one I use on the web so I requested it only have a $1000 limit. So if someone gets a hold of it, no big deal. It’s been that way for 14 years.
This year I decided to ask for an increase to $2000 so we could use this low limit card while on vacation overseas. So even though my wife and I make over $200k per year, I have a 762 credit rating and never missed a payment on this trivial little card, they denied my request. Needless to say, I'm paying the card off this week and cancelling. I have credit card companies begging me to accept their cards with multi-thousand dollars limits. So if this bank is not sophisticated enough to understand what a good credit score is and how trivial $1000 is to me, bye-bye.
