This was the first bank account I got when I moved to Kentucky. I kept it about a week. One day my account statement was mailed to my house street address. But I never wanted it mailed there because the address was shared with another person that was a drug addict and I did not trust them. So I went into the bank to find out why this was mailed there instead of where I told them, which was my PO Box, and they said I told them to. I can understand them not listening and thinking I told them that. But they said I came in there and filled out a paper to have it changed from my PO Box to my street address. OK? no I didn't. This would of all been ok until the girl working told me, " Well, it is not that big of a deal if the other people got your bank statement, because they can't do anything with it.". REALLY? With all the technology and stupid people like this, I could see my money getting stolen. Needless to say I left that bank.

This bank sucks. They don't understand the money on deposit belongs to the depositor and not the bank. They can't take instructions, the make a mountain out of a mole hill, they are testy, unagreeable, irresponsible and cause much trouble. They don't listen to the customer, they do as THEY want to. They are losing a customer here next month. They think they can go over a judge's head and do what they want but they will find out that WON'T fly!!! If they were the only bank, I would keep mine in a shoebox.
