I dont remember the name of the woman acct agent but she was incredibly rude and asked why I was at that branch because there's one closer to where I live(I just moved out east and was the only one i knew of out here at the time!), which I felt was rude and almost walked away right there. I was trying to start a checking acct(already had savings with commerce) and she lied and told me I couldn't have a checking acct(I'm 18) so i just left because I knew she was lying. A couple days later I went to the branch on Webb Rd. They were much nicer and helpful AND I opened my checking account. I believe she has some race issues in my opinion.

Does playing the race card every time you’re mad ever get exhausting? I’m a white guy and am regularly irritated by these things. I never once considered that everyone is just racist. Having a victim mentality is very destructive.
