I've been with Comerica for many years at this particular branch. I cannot say enough good about them!
They have helped me out several times and everyone from manager down have been great! They are better that most other banks and even branches within their system! I cannot say enough. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality service!

I've been with Comerica for many years at this particular branch. I cannot say enough good about them!
They have helped me out several times and everyone from manager down have been great! They are better that most other banks and even branches within their system! I cannot say enough. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality service!

Just What The Doctor Ordered Bank With Peace of Mind

I was in a tight spot, my baby's momma asked for a loan that she'd pay back the following day. As a good samaritan or pushover, I pulled enough from rent to cover her utilities. The following day I had to wait till she got off from work and, yet, still late in the evening only gives me 75% of what I loaned her. Now the rent in form of a check is somewhere between the landlord and bank, if the check bounces, last time comerica bank charged me (3) $35 late fees in "one" day. She finally was able to recover the difference but it was too late to go to the bank. Today, I didn't realize there is a comerica location near me in Cypress. I check my balance online and the payments haven't been posted the landlord's nor utilities. Aha! my break plus I arrive at comerica at 4:24pm which was 17min and quickly was helped by rep Jesse. He greeted me professionally and it didn't bother him that I didn't know my account# so to speed up the transaction I pull out my comerica card, my drivers license for a straight deposit. I believe he took the liberty in searching thru my first and last name found my acct# I asked if it would be credit today. He said absolutely! A sigh of relief. Just want to shout out, Jesse thank you guy for making this whole ordeal end with peace of mind. You are greatly appreciated.
