I live out of the country. I receive my ATM Card at my home on Saturday. My SouthCrest ATM Card was shut down on Monday, not allowing me the two weeks needed to receive my card by mail. I left two messages and asked for a returned call. I contacted the corporate office. The lady was very nice. She tried to reach the Cedartown office, but no answer. Finally on Tuesday I was able to reach the office I was told could not have my old ATM Card activated until I receive the new one.
This is a very poor business plan. Not everyone is at home to receive their ATM Card and have two days to use the old one. Very poor planning. I hope the Bank operates better.

This is the best bank in town. I love that everyone knows my name, is super nice and ready to wait on you. Mr. Kirk Scott is the best banker in the Warner Robins area.
