My mother had The actual problem but I was the one speaking for her. I first talked to a lady behind glass and you could tell she went out of her way to help us but didn't quite know what to do so she went and got a higher rank personnel who was not only rude but seemed annoyed and impatient. She was of no help. Maybe because they were fixing to close but never have I been treated and felt like I was a bother to someone who works at a bank. Why work there if you don't want to help people and I mean all types of people at that?

When I got fed up with my last bank charging fees for everything they can think of, I came to City Bank b/c my friend has had excellent service with their Lubbock location for years.  I signed up for the rewards account and inquired about their fees; there are very few and almost none that would affect me.  Susan explained everything and asked several times if I had any questions.  Then they made me a personal debit card right then and there and Susan waited in line for my deposit for me while I went right outside to activate my debit card.  WOW!  I am loving this bank!!

Went in on feb 13, 2013. Try to open a new account for both me and my wife . Worse mistake ever . The lady that was being rude named susan, gave us the worse experience ever. I just got up , and left back to the truck. I will never bank with city bank again.
