The loan officers are never there when you need to talk with them. Have been waiting over a month to get a loan approved. This is so sad. If we come to you for a loan that means we need money. Waiting on you just makes things worse. Too much technology in the world to have to wait this long for things to get done by you all. They don't let you know what is going on or anything, they just leave you hanging.
