This is the worst bank I have ever had an account at. They want to hold your funds every chance they can, even if it's payroll that you consistently deposit. I could understand if there were a problem with the account, but never not one time was the account overdrawn. It was not a new account either, it had been opened for years. The tele banking almost never works, and the customer service representatives are either rude, busy or uninformed. I would not recommend this bank to anyone! They absolutely wowed me, and NOT AT ALL in a good way.

CNB Texas at Ennis has excellent customer service. I have been using this bank for seven years and have had no problems, whatsoever. I have always been polite when I drive through or walk in and have even complimented the service. Likewise, all the tellers are always very polite with me, never anything less than I would expect from a quality hometown bank. Always prompt, courteous and helpful.
