Worst bank I ever delt with. Got a loan thru them for a camper. Paperwork was all done by camper sales people. Got a call later from a bank in Minnesota that said they were going to be holding the note. Never another word from them. Got a letter from Eau Claire branch with a slip for the first payment, with a payment stub. Zip code was wrong on my address. Changed it on the stub. Month later, no word from them. Called to see what was up, told them to fix the zip code that was still wrong. Payment was due in about 8 days. They gave me the information to send the payment to. Now it is a month later, still no word from them, called again. Zip code is still wrong, no payment book sent,( they'll order one) again, didn't give a shit if I liked their service or not was the impression I was given. Told me payment is due on the 11th. And if it's not there, it's my problem. About ready to tell them to stick this camper up their ass.NEVER HAD SERVICE THIS TERRIBLE
