Moving to Bartow, I went to citizens bank to open a basic checking account until I could move all of my banking. Walking in, I ask the teller about information. Instead of sending me to someone, she proceeded to hand me a brochure at the teller line. I asked about banking fees and she gave me a very cursorary answer. When I again questioned her, she yelled across the lobby to a blonde lady sitting at the desk about the fees. Instead of the woman getting up to assist, she also yelled back across the room saying there are always banking fees. I decided to go elsewhere as this my first experience with this bank was such an absolutely  terrible experience....   and one I would never want to relive as a customer.
