Moving to Bartow, I went to citizens bank to open a basic checking account until I could move all of my banking. Walking in, I ask the teller about information. Instead of sending me to someone, she proceeded to hand me a brochure at the teller line. I asked about banking fees and she gave me a very cursorary answer. When I again questioned her, she yelled across the lobby to a blonde lady sitting at the desk about the fees. Instead of the woman getting up to assist, she also yelled back across the room saying there are always banking fees. I decided to go elsewhere as this my first experience with this bank was such an absolutely  terrible experience....   and one I would never want to relive as a customer.

 When asking about how to make installment payments, Sena at the Edgewood Drive, Lakeland branch was super friendly, courteous and helpful.  Our paperwork wasn't quite ready, but she made it easy to make the payment.  Sena is a wonderful representative - thank you !!

I am very happy with this bank, they take care of my everyday needs!! Go above and beyond to make sure there are no debit card leaks!!
