The staff is rude. I don't feel welcome and seldom am I greeted. It's all a "bother" it seems. I watched two clerks whisper and laugh at a woman they were waiting on at the drive thru as I was standing at the service counter in the office. I was told I couldn't do a certain transaction, only to go down the street to another Chesapeake Bank and have the same transaction completed. They screwed up my deposits a few times and it takes a long time for them to process a direct deposit. After 3 years with this bank I left. Best decision. Now I know exactly where my money goes and I don't have "hidden" fees.

I am in love in Chesapeake bank. Customer service is excellent. Their online banking is the best, balances are updated almost automatically and there is no pending amounts. No hidden overdraft fees. All the latest services and some creative ideas to make the bank fun. I have no complaints about the bank. I have been banking with them for 10 years and no I dont work for them or have family working for them.
