Central Pacific Bank is the worst bank in the U.S.
The employees cares nothing about the bank and are very
incompetent. The bank is totally bureaucratic. I asked for
a monthly statement of my savings account and after I jumped through all the hoops, I still only get a 3 month statement.
Bad bank, bad people.

No respect for customers over the phone!! Worst service ever received!!

Complete poor all around service!! No customer service at ALL!! No ohana feeling here at this location............

lousy bank

The loan department at the Kahului Branch and the Kihei Branch is a farce. The employees barely speak understandable english and don"t know what they are doing. The miss apointments and work together with appraisers that are lazy and incompetent, deliver reports that are wrong  ( wrong pictures)and refuse to rectify the situation. My advice, new loan or refinance - stay away from that bank!
