My experience with centennial Bank in Woodville is a very pleasant one. The staff is always courteous very professional the atmosphere is calm and the building is always very clean. The staff always makes me feel like I'm the only customer I think they're absolutely great!

The online service is no longer available, the phone is never answered. So far I have spent over an hour trying to reach someone to unlock my account, reason for lock out, not used often enough.
I will be moving my account ASAP.
