Employees are rude, unfriendly and unprofessioal, do not know what they are doing. Have to be more trained to work with people. Talking here about 2 particular employees: Marge Denton and Tom Javender

Centennial has treated me with respect and has been able to solve my real estate loan needs. They treat me like a special customer not like 1 in a thousand like national known banks that change their staff like I change my socks.
