They "Service" my mortgage note but they are totally inept at doing so. They mis-applied my payments contrary to written instructions. Apparently made pay outs negligently. Sent me a Surplus notice ($11.90) in November 2013 and then a Shortage Notice ($1,300.00+) in January 2014. Trying to talk to anyone of them is fruitless. Speaking to a supervisor is a waste of time. They are more aking to a collection agency then a Servicer. Had I been able to choose whom services my note it certainly wouldn't have been this group of inept people. Oh and lets not forget they lost the first two (2) payments costing me fees to stop said payments.
