I can only say that every Carver Bank I have been into I have liked the service. I started on Flatbush,Hanson Pl., moved to Queens, Merrick Blvd and Archer Ave, no problems, friendly regular people,as a matter of fact, much nicer than HSBC or some not all Chase. I was able to send a Western Union straight from the teller etc I was able to buy money orders for $1 since I bank with them. People have weird experiences anywhere but try looking at the experience in a positive way and it usually isn't that serious.Thank you Carver employees..
