My husband and I have several accounts with Carter for over 15 years now...because of the opening hours that were until 7:00pm. My husband works 6 days a week from 7:00am till 7:00pm and now cannot even get his pay chexk deposited. I understand how this pandemic is causing companies to shorten hours and or close but this is a real problem for our family as we try to bank with a bank that does not consider and put the needs of their customers first. I have added up the hours of the clerks that have been shortened and/or laid off and the savings at your customers expense is great!!! Please consider staying open for us who work long hours OR GET WITH A ATM MACHINE WERE YOU CAN DEPOSIT AND DO BANKING TRANSACTIONS,,,disatified customer.
