Since the buyout Centerstate (formerly Charter Bank) has replace a highly functional free standing mobile app with a slow, clunky poorly designed UX nightmare of a web app.  The mobile app isn't a mobile app at all but rather a portal to a website using mobile design. this makes everything load slowly, creates MASSIVE data security issues and leaves customers frustrated.  If you want to fix your national problem you need to talk to J Freeman & Son in West Point, GA who's mobile designs in the financial sector are famous.

We've had accounts at the Trenton office of Capital City for well over a decade and have nothing but good things to say about our experiences there. The staff has been nothing but helpful, and we always leave smiling. Our online banking has always been s smooth and seamless experience, as well. Thanks, Trenton Cap City!

Called 3 times.  Automated calling system answers.  First call I was told a 2 minute wait.  20 minutes later no answer hung up.  2nd call told 5 minute wait didn't have an hour, hung up.  3 rd call told 5 minute 20 second wait they answered 13:40 later.  This just to get ahold of a person on their website.  Transferred to that persons voice mail.  3 days later still no response.  If you want to talk to a person this is not your bank.
