Called 3 times.  Automated calling system answers.  First call I was told a 2 minute wait.  20 minutes later no answer hung up.  2nd call told 5 minute wait didn't have an hour, hung up.  3 rd call told 5 minute 20 second wait they answered 13:40 later.  This just to get ahold of a person on their website.  Transferred to that persons voice mail.  3 days later still no response.  If you want to talk to a person this is not your bank.

Bank staff has poor communications, lack of customer caring, heartless business
