I am very pleased with this bank.  I chose it because of all the banks in Fallbrook it is the only one that does not charge me for a checking account, regardless that I do not keep a lot of money there, or have an automatic deposit.  The reason I am not charged is because I am a senior and I am on their senior plan.  There is seldom waiting in line, and the staff is always courteous and helpful.

I have been banking with this branch for more than 4 yrs. I had to make a stop payment thru on-line. They charged me $30.00 -- outrageout! Talked to managers - April and Stephanie. But they will not work with me for this fees. Most banks are free or $15 for this type of charges. Sorry for the bank but I had to decid to close my business account. It was neither covenient nor friendly service anyway. I am very happy with other bank that do not even charge for this type of service including free checking accout that I used to pay $12 per month.
